Live Fast. Die Slow.

We’re not your typical suicide, addiction, and mental health awareness group.

We’re musicians, artists and creative types looking to support those struggling with mental illness, suicidal thoughts, addiction, depression and anxiety.

Foundation 45 funds the Interlude 45 Support Group, a free group counseling service for adults over 18 that’s supervised by Licensed Professional Counselors. We also provide support services for those left struggling with the collateral damage of losing a loved one to suicide throughout the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.

Need help in substabce abuse recovery?

Being a sober artist or creative is hard. Foundation 45 is excited to implement our first substance abuse recovery group for those 18 and up led by masters level licensed chemical dependency counselor Zandra Ellis.

This is for Jordan: Remix Recovery proudly assists participants in exploring new ways to stay involved in the art and music scene, and create new ways of having fun that do not require having to be drunk or high in the process. Everyone has the ability to be unique and authentically themselves no matter what while still maintaining their creative edge.

This is a no-cost program for selected applicants.
