Live Fast. Die Old.
We’re not your typical suicide, addiction, and mental health awareness group.
For Foundation 45, our mission is simple – serve the Dallas/Fort Worth creative community by providing free top-tier mental health and recovery services while working to destigmatize the conversation around mental health.
The punk DIY ethos is the spirit behind the organization. We are here to amplify the voices of the unheard. Born of the loss of two members of Deep Ellum’s hometown heroes, Spector 45, the foundation works to provide full circle support for anyone struggling with their mental health. In our world, what we can’t buy, we’ll make. What we can’t find, we’ll create. When a community can’t get the support or services its members need, we’ll come together to provide it.
