Thank you for considering Foundation 45 as the beneficiary for your event.  It’s through donations and events like yours that we are able to fulfill our mission.

We pride ourselves on creating flexible arrangement with event producers that work for everyone involved.  However, Foundation 45 does require all events be submitted through the application below, reviewed and approved by a Foundation45 representative prior to promotion or the use of our branding. Promised benefits must be paid to Foundation45 within 60 days of the benefit event.

Please note that we cannot table or speak at any event with less than 30 days notice. We are happy to provide marketing materials for such events.   If you have additional questions, contact events@Foundation45.org.
