Interlude 45 Open Therapy Group
Looking for a counselor who relates to the grit of real life?
Foundation 45 is working to provide rays of hope to the people of Deep Ellum and the greater Dallas community. The Interlude 45 Support Group offers adults over the age of 18 an environment to share their struggles and successes with mental health issues and suicide. All sessions are led by Licensed Professional Counselors who are dedicated to helping you find answers.
We know the darkness of suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety and addiction. We are here to help you find the light again. If you’re considering suicide, we urge you to reach out to a loved one or mental health professional for help.
All of our support Groups are for those 18+ and a TX resident. No sign up is needed! Meetings are held at their normal times. See the group schedule below for details. Download the Zoom app on your desktop or phone, and join us.
